Flying high!

Loch NessIt’s now two weeks since I was part of team journeying through Scotland’s Great Glen and enjoying a fantastic day sailing on Loch Ness. It was the highlight of a trip that none of us are likely ever to forget. To find ourselves on the loch with pretty much ideal wind conditions and to sail all day with hardly a paddle stroke to be made was a delight. To be reminded so vividly of how versatile the open canoe is as we journeyed from canal to loch to river was another. As was sharing four days and three nights of adventure and discovery with like-minded friends. We were flying high that day and the buzz has still not faded.
