All bookings are made with Andrew Maxted of andymcoaching.com hereinafter referred to as The Provider.
Course fees should reach The Provider no later than 28 days before the course. Where course fees are not received by the due date The Provider reserves the right not to accept the booking. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
You may cancel your booking at any time by giving notice of cancellation in writing. Cancellations made more than 28 days in advance of the course date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the course fee, 15-28 days to 50% of the course fee, and less than 15 days to 100% of the course fee.
Circumstances may arise where The Provider has to alter dates or venues before a course starts and anyone booked onto a course rescheduled or cancelled by The Provider will be entitled to a full refund of any course fees paid. The Provider can accept no responsibility for any other costs or expenditures (such as registration or accommodation booking fees) that you may have incurred in connection with the booking. The Provider reserves the right to cancel any course that does not receive sufficient bookings to make it financially viable.
Neither The Provider nor any of The Provider’s agents or representatives will be responsible for any illness, injury or death sustained on courses, barring negligence, nor will they be liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
These booking conditions may only be waived in special circumstances and when confirmed in writing by The Provider.
The terms and conditions of all agreements made with The Provider shall be subject to and governed by English Law.
When making your booking it is implied and accepted that you have read and understood these booking conditions, including the acceptance of risk statement below, and agree to abide by them.
Unless you have requested to receive details of future courses and other canoeing opportunities by email and/or given consent to being filmed/photographed for the purpose of promoting future courses your personal data including photographs, video and other images will be used solely for the administration, including passing to British Canoeing where appropriate, of courses booked with The Provider.
Acceptance of Risk
Canoeing and kayaking are presumed risk activities and clients accept the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from participation in the proposed course.
Clients declare that the information on their Course Booking and/or Personal Details Form is true and correct, and they have not withheld any information that may be used in determining their ability to participate in the proposed course.
